Privacy Policy
How MXBS collects, uses, and protects your personal information. Effective May 4, 2026.
Provider: AAGI Corp. (doing business as MotorCoachX / MXBS), an Ontario corporation — 115 Birkdale Rd, Scarborough, ON M1P 3R7.
Consent
By registering or using the MXBS web app or linked mobile app, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.
1. Our Role and Scope
MXBS is a pure technology platform that collects, stores, and displays information only. We are not a transportation carrier, broker, payroll provider, payment processor, or any other party to your trips. We do not handle money, generate T4s, invoices, or any payroll documents. All actual transportation contracts are formed directly between Trip Owners (TO) and Bus Operators (BO) outside our platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users — TOs, BOs, drivers using the mobile app, and any other registered parties — in the United States and Canada.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the marketplace and display trip-related information.
From Trip Owners (TO):
- Account details (name, email, phone, business name, address)
- Trip details (pickup/drop-off addresses, stops, itinerary, passenger count, dates, special requirements)
- Any documents or notes you upload
From Bus Operators (BO) and Drivers (via mobile app):
- Account and company details (name, email, phone, business name, licensing info, insurance certificates)
- Driver availability, working hours, and expenses tied to specific Trip IDs
- Vehicle maintenance records and fleet data
- Any documents or notes you upload
Automatically collected (all users):
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Cookies and similar technologies for security and basic analytics
- Blind Bid data (price and terms submitted by BOs)
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or sensitive financial data.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To display Trips to BOs and Blind Bids to TOs
- To show driver expenses and hours to the assigned dispatcher/BO for the relevant Trip only
- To operate the platform (account management, support, security)
- To improve our service through anonymized analytics
- To communicate important updates
Blind-Bid Confidentiality: Bid prices and detailed terms submitted by any BO are visible only to the TO who posted that Trip and to AAGI staff for platform operation. No other BO can see them. This is a core feature of MXBS.
We will never sell your data.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share the minimum data required for the marketplace to function.

We never share your data with advertisers and never share it for any purpose unrelated to operating MXBS.
5. Data Security
We maintain reasonable industry-standard security measures. However, no internet system is 100% secure, and we do not guarantee that your data will never be breached.
In the event of a breach, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by PIPEDA and applicable US state laws.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data for the duration your account is active, plus 24 months after account closure or last activity (whichever is later), unless we are required by law to keep it longer. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).
7. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA (Canada) and CCPA/US state privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions)
- Opt out of any non-essential processing (e.g., analytics cookies)
- Receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any right, email us with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days (or 45 days under CCPA where required).
8. Children's Privacy
MXBS is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International Transfers
Because we are based in Canada, data from US users is transferred to and processed in Canada under standard contractual clauses that meet both PIPEDA and US privacy expectations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and notify you by email or in-app banner if the changes are material. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
