Your Organization Profile
Your profile stores the information that appears on your account and is used for contract generation and operator communications.
Organization Details
For Organization accounts:

For Individual accounts:

Editing Your Profile
Navigate to Settings → Profile to update your organization details. Changes to your address or contact information take effect immediately for new trips and contracts.
Changing your organization name after contracts have been signed does not retroactively update existing contracts. Existing contracts will show the name at the time they were created.
Payment Verification
Trip Owner organizations must have a verified payment method on file. This is handled through Stripe. Navigate to Settings → Billing to add or update your payment method.
Payment verification is required before your first trip can be published. Drafts can be created without a verified payment method.
Account Security
Your account uses email-based one-time passcodes (OTP) for login — no password to remember or lose. Each login sends a fresh 6-digit code to your email.
