Quickstart
Get from zero to your first trip or bid in under 10 minutes.
Before You Start
Decide which role applies to you:
- Trip Owner — you need motorcoach transportation for a group or organization
- Bus Operator — you operate motorcoach vehicles and want to find trip opportunities
Both start with the same registration flow.
Step 1: Register
Go to mxbs.motorcoachx.com and click Get Started. Enter your email address and click Send OTP.
Check your email for a 6-digit one-time passcode. Enter it on the verification screen to continue.
OTP codes expire after 10 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new code.
Step 2: Select Your Role
Choose your account type:

| Trip Owner – Organization | You represent a school, sports club, company, or tour operator |
| Trip Owner – Individual | You're booking transportation personally |
| Bus Operator | You operate motorcoach vehicles |
Step 3: Complete Onboarding
Fill in the multi-step onboarding form for your account type.
For Trip Owner Organizations: Enter your organization name, type, contact details, and address. You'll also need to upload a proof document (business registration, letterhead, or similar).
For Individual Trip Owners: Enter your government ID type and number, and your address.
For Bus Operators: Enter your business name, legal entity type, transport authority registration numbers (USDOT/MC for US, CVOR for Canada), insurance expiry date, and address. Upload your business registration, transport authority certificate, insurance certificate, and a driver abstract.
Step 4: Wait for Verification
After submitting your documents, your account status will be PENDING.
The MXBS team typically reviews accounts within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email when your status changes to VERIFIED.
Document requirements
If documents are incomplete or unclear, your status will move to DOCUMENTS_REQUESTED. Check your email for specific instructions on what to re-upload.
Step 5: Log In and Explore
Once verified, log in and you'll land on your dashboard.
Trip Owners: You can immediately post a trip — see Create a Trip.
Bus Operators: Add your first vehicle to your fleet, create a pricing config, then browse available trips — see Dashboard Overview.
