Bidding Window
Configure when operators can bid on your trip.
The Bidding Window
The bidding window defines the time period during which bus operators can submit bids on your trip.
- Opens at — the datetime when operators can start bidding. Can be set in the future (operators won't see the trip until then) or set in the past (trip is immediately open).
- Closes at — the deadline for bid submissions (required). After this time, no new bids can be submitted and the trip enters review mode.
Give operators at least 48–72 hours to bid. Longer windows attract more bids, especially from operators who need to check fleet availability.
After the Window Closes
Once the bidding window closes:
- No new bids can be submitted
- All hidden information (amounts, identities) is revealed to you
- You can begin shortlisting and awarding bids
- The window can be manually extended if needed (contact support)
