The Trip Owner Dashboard gives a full picture of your trip pipeline, bidding activity, spend, and contract status at a glance. All data refreshes on page load.

Layout Overview

The dashboard is arranged in six rows:

Action Rail

A horizontally scrollable row of alert cards. Each card shows a priority level, a message, and a direct action button.

PriorityTrigger examples
Critical — red borderTrip bidding closes within 24 hours, contract overdue
High — amber borderBidding closes in 2–3 days, contract needs signature soon
Medium — yellow borderGeneral reminders, informational nudges

When no alerts exist, a green "All clear" banner is shown instead.


Trip Pipeline Chart

Bar or donut chart showing trip count by status.

Bids Per Trip Chart

Bar chart with one bar per active trip showing how many bids each has received. An average reference line is overlaid across all bars. Helps identify trips with low bid interest that may need attention.


Spend Trend Chart

Area chart showing total booked contract value per month for the last 6 months. Useful for tracking how monthly spend is trending over time.


Upcoming Departures

List of trips departing within the next 30 days, sorted by departure date. Shows trip name, departure date, and current status.


Pending Signatures

Table of contracts that have been issued but not yet signed by you. Columns include trip name, operator name, contract date, and a direct link to the contract.

Clicking the Pending Signatures KPI card scrolls directly to this section.


Top Operators

Ranked list of the top 6 bus operators by number of contracts awarded. Useful for identifying your most-used operator relationships.


Activity Feed

Chronological timeline of recent events across your trips and contracts — bid submissions, contract awards, signings, cancellations, and more. Provides a running audit trail without navigating to individual trips.


Post Trip Button

A floating action button fixed to the bottom-right of the screen. Click it to navigate to the new trip form and post a trip.
