| Win Rate | Percentage of decided bids you won | Red < 40%, Amber 40–60%, Green ≥ 60% |
| Revenue This Month | Booked contract revenue in the current month | Shows % change vs. last month; Green left border |
| Pending Signatures | Contracts waiting for your signature | Amber when > 0; scrolls to Pending Signatures |
| Open Trips | Trips on the market available for you to bid on | Violet left border |
| Bid Usage | Bids used vs. plan cap this billing cycle | Red > 80%, Amber > 60%, Green otherwise |
Action Rail
A horizontally scrollable row of alert cards. Each card has a priority level, a message, and a direct action button.

| Critical — red border | Bid deadline expiring within 24 hours, contract overdue |
| High — amber border | Bid closing in 2–3 days, unsigned contract approaching deadline |
| Medium — yellow border | General reminders, informational nudges |
When no alerts exist, a green "All clear" banner is shown instead.
Win Rate Trend Chart
Line chart showing your monthly win rate (%) over the last 6 months. Helps identify whether performance is improving or declining over time.
Bid Outcome Chart
Donut chart breaking down all your bids by final outcome.

Revenue Pipeline Chart
Area chart showing booked contract revenue per month for the last 6 months. Useful for tracking revenue trend and forecasting.
Upcoming Departures
List of your confirmed contracts with departures in the next 30 days, sorted by departure date. Helps with fleet and driver scheduling.
Pending Signatures
Table of contracts issued to you that you have not yet signed. Columns include trip name, trip owner, issue date, and a direct link to sign.

Breakdown of your win rate segmented by trip type — One Way, Round Trip, and Shuttle Run. Helps identify which trip types you win most consistently so you can focus your bidding strategy.
Top Trip Owners
Ranked list of the top 6 trip owners by number of contracts you have with them. Shows your strongest client relationships.
Activity Feed
Chronological timeline of recent events — bid submissions, bid outcomes, contract issuances, signings, and cancellations. A running audit trail without needing to navigate to individual bids.
Browse Trips Button
A floating action button fixed to the bottom-right of the screen. Click it to navigate to the trip marketplace and find new trips to bid on.
