My Trips (Won Bids)
View and manage all trips where your bid has been won and the contract is active.
Overview
My Trips shows every trip where your bid status is WON — meaning the contract has been signed and is active. This is your operational hub for trips you are committed to delivering.
My Trips vs My Bids
My Trips only shows WON bids. Bids that are still being evaluated, pending, or rejected are found in My Bids.
Trip Table Columns

| Departure Date | Scheduled departure date |
| Return Date | Scheduled return date (if applicable) |
| Vehicle Requirements | Vehicle types and counts per your award (e.g., 2x Full Coach) |
| Status | Current lifecycle status of the trip |
| Actions | Links to the Assignments page and the signed Contract |
Trip Lifecycle After Winning
Once a bid is won and the contract is signed, a trip moves through the following stages:
- WON — Contract is signed. The trip appears in My Trips. No vehicles or drivers have been assigned yet.
- ASSIGNED — All required vehicle and driver slots have been filled for this trip.
- IN_PROGRESS — The departure date has been reached. The trip is underway.
- COMPLETED — The return date has passed. The trip is finished.
A trip may also be CANCELLED at any point if either party cancels per the contract terms.
Status Reference

What to Do When a Trip Appears
When a new trip appears in My Trips after a contract is signed:
- Review the contract terms — click the Contract link to confirm dates, vehicle counts, pricing, and your business terms.
- Navigate to Assignments — use the Assignments link on the trip row to begin assigning vehicles and drivers before the departure date.

Filtering by Status
Use the Status filter at the top of the table to focus on the trips most relevant to you:
- Upcoming trips — filter for
WONandASSIGNEDto see all trips that still require attention or are approaching. - Past trips — filter for
COMPLETEDto review your delivery history. - Cancelled — filter for
CANCELLEDto review trips that did not proceed.
