Submitting a Bid
How to complete and submit a bid on commercial trips and shuttle runs.
Bids are your formal offer to fulfill a trip. Each bid is built from a structured form so trip owners can compare operators side-by-side. The form differs depending on whether the trip is a commercial charter or a shuttle run.
Currency and distance units
Your bid currency and distance unit (USD/CAD, km/miles) are pulled from your account preference settings. Update them under Account → Preferences before submitting your first bid.
Bids cannot be withdrawn after shortlisting
Once the trip owner shortlists your bid, withdrawal is still technically possible but is visible to them and may affect your reputation on the platform. Only submit when you are confident you can fulfill the trip.
