Inviting Team Members
Add team members to your organization and manage their roles and access.
The Team section lets you manage who has access to your bus operator organization on MXBS. Only users with the Admin role can invite new members or change existing member roles.
Navigate to: Team
Inviting a Member
Open the Invite form
Navigate to Team and click Invite Member.
Enter the invitee's email
Type the email address of the person you want to invite.
Select a role
Choose the role that matches the level of access this person needs (see role descriptions below).
Send the invitation
Click Send Invite. The invitee receives an email prompting them to join your organization. They complete their own login using OTP (one-time passcode) — no password setup required.
Pending Invites
Invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted appear in the Pending Invites table, showing the email address, assigned role, and the date the invite was sent. Admins can cancel any pending invite before it is accepted.
Active Members
The Active Members table shows all current members with their name, email, role, and last login date.
Changing a Role
An Admin can click a member's role badge in the Active Members table, select a new role from the dropdown, and confirm. The change takes effect immediately.
Revoking Access
Click Remove next to any member to immediately revoke their access to the organization. Their historical data — including bids submitted and assignments managed — is retained in the system.
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access including team management, billing, and all operational features |
| Manager | Submit bids, manage fleet and pricing, sign contracts. Cannot manage team members or billing |
| Dispatcher | View trips and bids, manage fleet assignments. Cannot submit bids or sign contracts |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all data |
Dispatcher Role Limitations
The Dispatcher role can manage fleet and driver assignments but cannot submit new bids or sign contracts. Use this role for operations staff who handle day-to-day logistics but should not have authority to make financial or contractual commitments on behalf of your organization.
